TomTom offers the latest TomTom GO 730 adds some new features GO 720. Like its counterpart as has a splinter resistant GO 730 4.3-inch touchscreen, and Text-to-speech for spoken street names. The GO 730 goes one step further by adding two new TomTom Technology: IQ Routes and Advanced Route Guidance.
IQ Routes
The new TomTom IQ Routes is technology based on the average speed on the highway, rather than speed limits. This intelligent routing technology is based on anonymous profiles historical rate of more than 6.2 billion miles of roads, gathered over the years by millions of TomTom users. It takes into account all factors that can influence in the time required for the driver to reach their destination, including traffic lights, valves, slopes and speed bumps.
The TomTom IQ Routes database profile Speed continues to grow at a rate of more than half a billion measurements per day, which time and spatial accuracy of TomTom IQ Routes technology without increasing incessantly. Drivers can be sure that will always be given the smartest route, incorporating detailed local knowledge. This allows more efficient planning of daily trips, especially when driving in urban areas and mountainous areas.
Advanced Route Guidance
With the new feature Advanced Lane Guidance, crosses difficult it becomes easier than ever. Advanced Lane Guidance provides users with the realism of complex highway junctions and address certain path. Static images of road signs, the same color as that used on the road, drivers have a way to ensure even more realistic, and their specific route.
