Is there a law against having your GPS on your car window or dash?
I heard there was but can’t find any information if that is true or false. I have a aftermarket GPS with a suction cup that mounts it to my dash or windshield. Am I going to get a ticket? I live in Sacramento County, CA
In California, it is legal to mount it on the dash, but not on the windshield. You can also try Proclip mounts.
